General Policy
Due to the nature of AryAiX's services — which include AI platform access, custom development, and strategic consulting — all sales and engagements are generally considered final once work has commenced or platform access has been granted.
However, we are committed to ensuring every client is satisfied with their experience. If you have a concern about a payment or engagement, we encourage you to contact us directly and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
Early Access & Platform Services
For clients who have entered into an Early Access Agreement or platform licensing arrangement, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial payment, refunds will not be issued once platform onboarding or data integration has commenced, and partial refunds may be considered at AryAiX's discretion depending on the stage of the engagement.
Project & Consultation
For AryAiX Build and AryAiX Transform engagements, payments made for completed milestones or delivered work are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled before commencement, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued within 30 business days. If a project is cancelled after commencement, payment will be due for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Cancellation terms are further detailed in individual service agreements.
How To Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please contact us at the email below with your full name and organization, the service or engagement in question, the reason for your refund request, and any relevant documentation or correspondence. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
Changes To This Policy
AryAiX reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
For any questions or disputes not covered by this policy, UAE law shall govern and the courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
